Ingredients:
- 8 oz. soba or ramen noodles
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bunch green onions, minced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 cups green cabbage leaves, chopped
- Cook the noodles according to the package directions.
- Drain the cooked noodles
- Combine the soy sauce and sugar in a saucepan. Cook on low heat until the sugar dissolves, stirring constantly.
- Put the oil in a deep frying pan or wok. Heat over medium heat.
- Add the green onions, bean sprouts, ginger and cabbage to the pan. Stir fry for one minute.
- Add the noodles and soy sauce mixture. Stir-fry for one minute.
- Turn off the heat. Cover the pot and let it sit for two minutes.
